Brown Cow

Glass: 185ml Old Fashioned Glass
Mixers: 30ml Tia Maria
            milk
            ice







Method:
Pour Tia Maria into glass and top-up with milk and ice.

Brandy Alexander

Glass: 140ml Cocktail Glass
Mixers: 30ml Brandy
            30ml Creme de Cacao
            30ml cream



Method:
Shake with ice and strain.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Blue French

Glass: 285ml Hi-Ball Glass
Mixers: 30ml Pernod
            5ml Blue Curacao
            5ml Berri Lemon Juice
            top-up with bitter lemon

Method:
Build over ice and stir.
Garnish with lemon slice on side of glass, swizzle stick and straws.

Blueberry Delight

Glass: 140ml Cocktail Glass
Mixers: 15ml Galliano
            15ml Dry Vermouth
            30ml Gin
            15ml Blue Curacao
            top-up with lemonade


Method:
Shake with ice and pour.
Garnish with lemon wheel and mint leaves, swizzle stick and straws.

Bloody Mary

Glass: 285ml Hi-Ball Glass
Mixers: Ice
            30ml Vodka
            30ml Berri Lemon Juice
            filled with Berri Tomato Juice
            dash Tabasco Sauce
            dash Worcestershire Sauce
                                          salt, pepper

Method:
Build ingredients in glass.
Garnish with a stick of celery.

Black Velvet

Glass: 140ml Champagne Saucer
Mixers: 70ml champagne (chilled)
            70ml stout beer (chilled)





Method:
Slowly pour champagne and stout simultaneously into glass and serve.

Black Russian

Glass: 210ml Old Fashioned Glass
Mixers: 30ml Vodka
            30ml Kahlua





Method:
Build over ice.
Place a swizzle stick in the glass.

Black Opal

Glass: 90ml Cocktail Glass
Mixers: 15ml Opal Nera
            15ml Bailey's Irish Cream
            15ml Cointreau
            15ml cream



Method: Layer Opal Nera, Bailey's, Cointreau and cream.

Bill Bailey

Glass: 385ml Poco Grande Glass
Mixers: 60ml Bailey's Irish Cream
            30ml Vodka
            soda water
            ice


Method:
Pour over ice in the glass and top-up with soda.

Bananarama

Ingredients
Glass: 140ml Cocktail Glass
Mixers: 30ml Vodka
            30ml Kahlua
            15ml Bailey's Irish Cream
            1 banana
            60ml cream

Method:
Blend with ice and pour.
Garnish with two banana wheel slices wedged on rim of glass.

Banana Daiquiri

Ingredients
Glass: 140ml Champagne Saucer
Mixers: 3/4 banana
            30ml sugar syrup
            30ml Bacardi
            30ml Berri Lemon Juice

Method:
Blend with ice and strain.
Garnish with a round slice of banana and mint leaves.

Mixers: 30ml Kahlua
            30ml Bailey's Irish Cream
            30ml Cointreau


Method:
Build over ice

Australian Gold

Ingredients
Glass: 90ml Cocktail Glass
Mixers: 30ml Rum
            30ml Mango Liqueur
            30ml Galliano


Method:
Build over ice.
Garnish with 1 small pineapple wedge

Aqua Thunder

Ingredients
Glass: 285ml Hi-Ball Glass
Mixers: 10ml Blue Curacao
            10ml Banana Liqueur
            30ml Midori
            10ml Berri Lemon Juice
            top-up with soda water

Method:
Build over ice.
Garnish with swizzle stick and slice of lemon
        

Appease Me

Ingredients
Glass: 285ml Hi-Ball Glass
Mixers: 30ml Mango Liqueur
            20ml Advocaat
            20ml Vodka
            60ml Berri Orange Juice
            30ml cream
                                          2 slices mango

Method:
Blend all ingredients together, pour into glass, then spoon the pulp of half a passionfruit on top

Angel's Kiss

Ingredients
Glass: 140ml Cocktail Glass
Mixers: 30ml Dark Creme de Cacao
            30ml cream
            30ml Gin
            30ml Brandy

Method:
Layer in order carefully, ensuring ingredients do not mix
