POSITION TITLE : MINI BAR WAITER
DEPARTMENT : FOOD AND BEVERAGE
PURPOSE :
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Mini Bar Supervisor and within the limits of established corporate and local Hotel Policies and Procedures, responsible to provide efficient service for the Mini Bar operation.
RELATIONSHIP :
Reports directly to the Mini Bar Supervisor.
Interacts with guests, superiors as we!] as other departments as appropriate.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1.Checks and charges consumption of all Mini Bars in assigned area and refills them daily as per set Standards and procedures.
2.Keeps all Mini Bars in assigned area clean, defrosted and in good State of repair at all times.
3.Ensures all check-out rooms and due out rooms in assigned area are promptly checked in order to charge the appropriate guest bills and minimize late charges.
4.Assists in maintaining par-inventory.
5.Maintains Mini Bar Stores, equipment and cupboards in proper state of cleanliness and repair.
6.Reports damages and malfunctions of Mini Bars to Supervisor.
7.Reports guest complaints to Supervisor immediately.
8.Reports unusual behavior/activities to Supervisor.
9.Complies with Hotel's Health, Safety and Hygiene Policy.
10.Attends meetings and training sessions as required.
11.Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
12.Adheres to conduct, personal grooming and hygiene standards.
